Model 1973 Dual Cannula Insertion Tool is designed to to provide accurate placement of two indwelling guide cannula simultaneously. The instrument utilizes standard 26 gage hypodermic needle tubing for the basic cannula size. Unit design incorporates easy adaptability for use with 32 and 21 gage tubing. This provides the three most common cannula tube sizes used for the mouse and rat. The instrument allows for the cannula tubes to be placed at different “X”, “Y” coordinates. This tool has been one of our most popular stereotaxic alignment system optional accessories.
